Acceptance

By accessing or using Narravo (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our policies referenced within. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that “you” includes the organization.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
  • Do not share access in a way that violates your plan or license scope.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

Payments

Prices are displayed before you complete a purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable laws. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms where applicable.

Billing & renewals

If your purchase includes a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the product type and the published refund policy presented at checkout or on the relevant purchase page. Some products (such as immediate-access digital content) may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Chargeback and disputes

If you have a billing question, contact us first at [email protected]. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed, to the extent permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. We want Narravo to remain safe, respectful, and legally compliant. The following are examples of prohibited conduct:

Security & integrity

  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • Bypassing access restrictions or scraping protected content at scale.
  • Introducing malware or interfering with the operation of the Services.

  • Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Uploading or distributing content you do not have rights to use.
  • Reproducing or reselling course materials outside of the license you purchased.

Abuse & unlawful activity

  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward others.
  • Using the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of regulations.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in ways that harm others.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will be achieved from using our courses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narravo and its affiliates, instructors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

Third-party links and tools

The Services may reference third-party tools or resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” and post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
